Direct Support Professional (DSP)
Full-time / Part-timeThe heart of the home — daily routines, home-cooked meals, activities, and getting out into the community. Shifts run days, evenings, and overnights.
What you’d do
- Support residents with daily living: bathing, dressing, and housekeeping
- Cook and serve home-cooked meals around residents' needs and preferences
- Help with medication reminders and get residents to appointments and day programs
- Encourage independence and take part in recreation and community outings
- Cover awake overnight shifts when scheduled, including safety checks
- Keep clear, accurate daily notes
What we ask
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Able to pass a background check
- DSP certification, or willingness to complete training
House Manager
Full-timeRunning the day-to-day of the home — staff, schedules, and making sure standards are met.
What you’d do
- Oversee daily operations of the home
- Supervise and schedule direct support staff
- Ensure compliance with DHS standards and documentation
- Act as the point of contact for families and guardians
What we ask
- Experience in a CILA, group home, or similar setting
- Supervisory experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Able to pass a background check
Office / Executive Assistant
Full-time / Part-timeKeeping the office running — files, paperwork, and the friendly voice on the other end of the phone.
What you’d do
- Keep staff and resident files organized and up to date
- Answer calls and welcome families, staff, and visitors
- Help with scheduling, timesheets, and everyday paperwork
- Order supplies and keep the office stocked
What we ask
- High school diploma or GED
- Comfortable with email, spreadsheets, and general office software
- Organized, discreet, and good with people
- Able to pass a background check
